This position helps ensure our resort reflects the pride we take in our waterfront community—where every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness of washrooms throughout the day
• Clean and care for office spaces, staff areas, and common facilities
• Ensure all guest-facing areas are tidy, stocked, and inviting
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Support overall property cleanliness to uphold resort standards

Guest Experience & Service:

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and helpful attitude
• Offer assistance and directions when needed
• Take pride in creating a positive first impression for all visitors
• Act as a quiet ambassador of the resort, ensuring every space reflects care and attention
