Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and assign daily activities to Maintenance Associates

• Delegate tasks based on skills and priorities

• Collaborate to resolve complex maintenance issues

• Inspect work for quality and compliance

• Assist with facility improvement project planning

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 3-5 years in maintenance or construction trades

• 2 years in a leadership role

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License

• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems
