In this full-time opportunity, you will manage the daily operations at one of our properties. Responsibilities include routine checks on safety systems, cleanliness of shared spaces, and handling financial transactions like rent collection, all aimed at maintaining high service standards for tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct life safety system checks and log maintenance
• Process rental payments and tenant communications
• Clean elevators, lobbies, and all common areas
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections for property upkeep
• Complete snow removal logs during winter
Requirements:
• Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Strong service-oriented communication skills
• Ability to manage physical tasks effectively
• Willingness to collaborate with team members
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly
