Commercial Cleaner ; 2nd shift

A full-time Commercial Cleaner position at CBRE involves ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of assigned commercial or corporate properties. Responsibilities require performing physically demanding custodial work, adhering strictly to company health and safety standards, and efficiently operating industrial cleaning equipment.

• General Cleaning:
  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas, hallways, offices, and storage spaces.
• Sanitation:
  Deep clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and elevators, ensuring surfaces are disinfected.
• Supply Management:
  Stock and replenish restroom and kitchen consumables (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
• Waste Disposal:
  Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
• Specialty Tasks:
  Clean glass partitions, windows, and mirrors.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Properly handle and store chemical cleaners and power equipment in accordance with CBRE standards.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of directly related commercial cleaning or custodial experience.
• Physical Ability:
  Must be capable of continuous standing, walking, bending, and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
