CBRE seeks a dedicated Commercial Cleaner focused on sanitation and cleanliness in corporate environments. This full-time role requires physical stamina and adherence to strict health and safety standards. You will manage cleaning tasks and supply replenishment to maintain high cleanliness levels at various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all common areas

• Deep clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms

• Stock and replenish essential restroom and kitchen supplies

• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly throughout the property

• Clean glass partitions, windows, and mirrors meticulously

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Strong time management and reliability skills

• Capability to work independently or in a team
