This position requires a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of relevant experience. You will manage various maintenance tasks including snow removal, operating industrial equipment, and performing routine repairs. Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors and hallways

• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners for heavy debris

• Empty trash cans and waste containers regularly

• Wash windows and clean interior walls and ceilings

• Perform minor repairs to HVAC and plumbing systems

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent

• 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience

• Ability to work on-site without remote options
