Position: Full-Time Commercial Cleaner at CBRE

As a Commercial Cleaner at CBRE, you will focus on maintaining cleanliness across assigned corporate properties. You’ll perform essential custodial duties, adhere to health and safety standards, and manage cleaning supplies. Efficiency and diligence are key to ensuring all areas are sanitary and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices and hallways

• Deep clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms

• Stock restroom and kitchen consumables as needed

• Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility

• Properly handle and store chemical cleaners

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs frequently

• Strong time management and reliability

• Ability to work independently or in a team
