Custodian Project Team Leader Innisdale

Become a leader in custodial services within the Custodian Project Team at Simcoe County District School Board. This temporary role focuses on best practices in cleaning and equipment training.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Supervisor, you will guide custodians on efficient cleaning techniques while conducting shift work across Innisdale SS and additional schools. Your experience will ensure excellence in operations, covering both cleaning and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and share best cleaning practices

• Train custodians on equipment maintenance and procedures

• Oversee project-specific tasks as assigned

• Conduct cleaning tasks including heavy physical work

• Travel between assigned locations as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum two years custodial experience at SCDSB

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and materials

• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks

• Valid Ontario Drivers Licence required

Lead the custodial efforts that enhance the learning environment within the schools of Innisdale SS.
