The Maintenance Attendant is tasked with performing highly diversified maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services. You’ll directly impact the functionality of the resorts' infrastructure, contributing to both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency with your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues promptly

• Organize maintenance projects and update documentation

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment functionality

• Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ experience in maintenance or labor roles

• Formal maintenance training or certification preferred

• Able to utilize common tools and machinery

• Strong verbal communication and detail orientation

• Ability to manage various tasks in a demanding environment
