Bradford Maintenance Operations Lead

Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury

Oversee maintenance and facilities management at MiTek® in Bradford, Ontario. This managerial role focuses on maintaining production equipment and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through effective team leadership and project management.

The Maintenance Operations Lead will drive the maintenance team at MiTek Canada, managing all aspects related to electrical and mechanical systems and the upkeep of physical facilities. The position requires substantial experience in managing preventive maintenance programs and effectively planning and executing maintenance projects, all while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive maintenance initiatives using CMMS

• Plan and implement facilities-related improvements

• Evaluate and audit ongoing maintenance tasks

• Manage procurement of parts and supplies

• Lead the coordination of maintenance team activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years in maintenance management roles

• Relevant degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields

• Proven experience in project planning and execution

• Skills in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
