Residential Cleaner for Royal York Properties

Royal York Property Management seeks motivated Cleaners to maintain cleanliness in residential properties across Ontario.

Your role will focus on meticulous cleaning tasks for homes, ensuring top-notch service.

In this role, you'll independently manage scheduled cleaning appointments, handle move-in and move-out cleaning, and perform routine housekeeping as needed. Knock out detailed cleaning assignments while utilizing your vehicle for transportation and managing tasks via a mobile work app for organized navigation and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle move-in/move-out cleaning efficiently

• Execute detailed turnover cleaning for vacant homes

• Conduct regular housekeeping in occupied residences

• Clean various areas like kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly

• Report property issues and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience

• Reliable vehicle for travel to appointments

• Capability to supply your own cleaning tools

• Smartphone for mobile app and GPS tasks

• Basic English communication skills
