Cleaner Needed at Royal York Management

Location: Innisfil

Be part of the Royal York Property Management team as a Cleaner, focused on performing excellent cleaning services in client homes throughout Ontario. Your skill in detailed cleaning tasks will be essential.

This position requires you to work independently, managing your own schedule while fulfilling cleaning assignments such as residential move-in/move-out tasks and regular housekeeping. You'll need a reliable vehicle and cleaning supplies, along with a smartphone for seamless job management through our mobile application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct move-in and move-out cleaning thoroughly

• Perform comprehensive turnover cleaning in empty units

• Deliver regular housekeeping services as required

• Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience

• Comfortable traveling with your own vehicle

• Must have necessary cleaning equipment

• Smartphone for app usage and GPS

• Basic English skills required
