Craigleith Ski Club is a private, member-run ski club located in the heart of the Blue Mountains. With a focus on excellence both on and off the slopes, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, warm hospitality, and a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere for our members and guests.

As a Lodge Maintenance, Cleaning & Setup Team Member, you will support daily lodge operations by maintaining clean facilities, assisting with event setups and takedowns, and contributing to a positive overall member experience. This is a physically active role requiring attention to detail, professionalism, and flexibility.

• Snow and ice management around entrances, walkways, and lodge areas. Shoveling snow and operating a walk-behind snowblower.
• Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and equipment for Club events and functions
• Complete light maintenance tasks and provide general operational support as needed
• Follow all Club policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
• Interact with members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
• Maintain clean, organized, and functional work spaces

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-kept spaces
• Previous cleaning, custodial, or maintenance experience is an asset

• Season: Approximately December to April, dependent on weather and operational needs
• Schedule will include weekends and holidays. Days off will be either Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday.
