About Us  Craigleith Ski Club is a private, member-run ski club located in the heart of the Blue Mountains. Position Summary  As a Lodge Maintenance, Cleaning & Setup Team Member, you will support daily lodge operations by maintaining clean facilities, assisting with event setups and takedowns, and contributing to a positive overall member experience. This is a physically active role requiring attention to detail, professionalism, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities   Snow and ice management around entrances, walkways, and lodge areas. Shoveling snow and operating a walk-behind snowblower.
Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and equipment for Club events and functions
Complete light maintenance tasks and provide general operational support as needed
Follow all Club policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
Interact with members and guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
Maintain clean, organized, and functional work spaces
What We’re Looking For   Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Able to remain on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, well-kept spaces
Previous cleaning, custodial, or maintenance experience is an asset
Schedule & Season    Position type:  Full-time, Seasonal
Season:  Approximately December to April, dependent on weather and operational needs
Schedule will include weekends and holidays. Days off will be either Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday.
