This role demands a proactive approach in overseeing the maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems within the resort. You will lead a dedicated team, conduct inspections, and participate in ongoing maintenance planning to sustain our facilities. Your experience in complex environments will help enhance our operational practices and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preventive maintenance and safety inspections

• Coordinate work with various contractors and service providers

• Lead daily operations of maintenance activities

• Document and monitor equipment performance trends

• Manage the maintenance operating budget and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in facilities management or related area

• Five years of relevant management experience in maintenance

• Familiarity with Ontario's safety regulations and standards

• Solid technical ability across various systems

• Excellent multitasking and detail-oriented skills
