As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading maintenance programs across both facilities. Your focus will be on developing long-term plans that align with organizational goals, utilizing data-informed decision-making for predictive maintenance. This role also emphasizes teamwork and communication with various departments to streamline maintenance activities and ensure top performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish sustainable and efficient long-term maintenance plans
• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets for cost optimization
• Implement techniques to reduce downtime and improve energy efficiency
• Create high-performance culture through training and mentorship
• Collaborate with various teams on maintenance-related initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering preferred
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• At least 5 years in a leadership position
• Strong budgeting and capital planning skills
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
