You will play a key role in maintaining critical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety equipment while leading your team to meet high operational standards. Your ability to troubleshoot issues and oversee maintenance programs will enhance both guest and staff experiences. Additionally, you will collaborate across departments to support seasonal operations and infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance and operational activities

• Conduct facility inspections and necessary repairs

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Assist in contractor management and vendor relations

• Oversee documentation and maintenance of asset records

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of facilities management experience

• Strong technical knowledge of building systems

• Experience in hospitality or mixed-use facilities

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

• Computer literate, including maintenance software experience
