Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will conduct essential routine and preventative maintenance across all indoor facilities. Key responsibilities include responding promptly to guest requests, performing repairs, and collaborating with vendors. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance checks across resort facilities
• Perform repairs and upkeep in guest areas
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for services
• Maintain the organization of tools and equipment
• Promote sustainable operations within the resort
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clear abstract
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and lift 75 pounds
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
