Join Lake Central Air Services as a Full-Time Indoor and Outdoor Maintenance Worker. Contribute to maintaining clean, safe, and presentable property areas through cleaning and groundskeeping.
As a permanent team member at LCAS, you will engage in various tasks including cleaning duties and outdoor maintenance. This role needs someone reliable, organized, and capable of working independently in any weather. You will be involved in seasonal maintenance while keeping the property spotless and safe year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain grounds, including mowing and landscaping
• Perform seasonal snow and ice removal tasks
• Clean and sanitize indoor facilities diligently
• Replenish washroom and cleaning supplies as required
• Report maintenance issues and ensure safety compliance
Requirements:
• Valid driver's licence required
• Experience in cleaning or groundskeeping is an asset
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Physically fit for lifting and extended standing tasks
