Join The Brink's Company in Barrie as an Overnight Operations Supervisor. This role focuses on team management and process improvements during overnight hours from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee multiple business lines, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. Your responsibility will include engaging employees and addressing any operational challenges to foster a strong team culture. You will also play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor productivity and compliance within operations
• Manage vault operations and CIT route scheduling
• Promote communication and employee engagement
• Address and resolve workforce grievances
• Enforce health and safety policies
Requirements:
• Experience supervising operations teams
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations in operations
• Ability to conduct investigations into incidents
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance protocols
