Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for Data Collection Driving field teams
• Facilitate team meetings for information sharing
• Coach and develop field surveyors for skill enhancement
• Assist with performance monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate with vendors on resource planning initiatives
Requirements:
• Experience leading operations teams or serving as a people manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage urgent issues efficiently
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Willing to travel for operational needs
