Join WSP Ontario as an influential leader responsible for the Hydrogeology & Subsurface Water practice. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strategic direction and business growth for hydrogeology
• Develop high-performance teams to deliver innovative water solutions
• Engage with clients and monitor market trends for opportunities
• Manage project delivery and resource planning effectively
• Promote advancements in technical practices and methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields;
Master’s preferred
• At least 15 years of progressive hydrogeology experience
• Expertise in business development and client relationships
• Professional certification (P.Geo. or P.Eng.) required
• Familiarity with Ontario’s regulatory and environmental frameworks
Lead transformative initiatives in groundwater management with WSP.
