As a pivotal role within the Personal Tax Centre of Excellence, the Tax Lead will manage daily tax operations while providing guidance to team members. You'll engage directly in tax work and file management, refining client services and fostering a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and oversee tax work delivery

• Ensure timely completion of tasks through effective delegation

• Support Team Leaders in maintaining compliance

• Address complex client concerns proficiently

• Set performance objectives and key priorities for the team

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in tax preparation, including self-employed returns

• Proven coaching and staff development experience

• Ability to handle multiple competing demands

• Detail-oriented with an appreciation for quality

• Familiarity with iFirm is advantageous
