Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations to ensure effective inventory management
• Manage departmental performance and continuous improvement
• Coach and develop team members in best practices
• Cultivate supplier relationships for timely service
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to management
Requirements:
• 5+ years in relevant parts or service environment
• Proven leadership capabilities
• 3-5 years in inventory management
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
