This interview position oversees day-to-day and long-term operations within defined facility areas. You will manage Operations Supervisors overseeing Package Handlers while supporting Fed Ex’s Safety Above All Culture. The work combines operational leadership, customer service, employee communication, and business judgment to achieve successful customer-facing results.

• Oversee daily and long-term facility operations
• Manage Operations Supervisors overseeing Package Handlers
• Ensure safe, efficient package sortation
• Support the Safety Above All Culture
• Maintain productive employee relationships

• College degree or equivalent
• Eighteen months as an FDX Operations Supervisor, or equivalent experience
• Two years of external management or operational leadership experience
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to interpret numerical data and written information
