Supervise automotive repair projects onsite while coordinating schedules, materials, and safety requirements for a team of five to ten workers.
This Automotive Repair and Service Shop Supervisor position requires secondary school graduation or equivalent experience. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating activities, estimating costs, and maintaining work schedules. You will train workers or arrange training, order supplies, and coordinate activities with other work units.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise five to ten workers and automotive service projects
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities and work units
- Estimate required costs and materials for projects
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Seven months to less than one year experience
- English language ability
- Ability to work onsite at the physical location
- Client focus, organization, judgement, and dependability
