Entertainment Centre General Manager

Lead Splitsville’s entertainment centre operations with budget ownership, commercial performance, and hands-on team leadership in an autonomous General Manager role. Shape a safe, fun environment for guests and employees.

As General Manager, you will run a busy Splitsville centre across bar, diner, amusements, and bowling. You will manage budgets and KPIs while driving profit performance and sales. Coaching, developing, and motivating your team supports outstanding guest service and repeat visits.

• Run a busy Splitsville entertainment centre
• Drive financial and commercial performance across four revenue streams
• Deliver budget and KPI results
• Create a safe, fun, vibrant environment
• Coach, lead, motivate, and inspire team members

• Hands-on General Manager experience, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or retail
• Experience managing budgets of at least $1m
• Evidence optimising business-unit sales and performance
• Passion for coaching, developing, and progressing teams
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
