Support Caterpillar dealership service excellence as a Supervisor with Toromont Cat, leading technicians and coordinating shop operations. This full-time, permanent position works afternoon shifts in Sudbury.
The Service Supervisor provides direction to technicians and serves as a key contact for shop service requirements. You will coordinate work orders, support customer satisfaction, and collaborate across departments on repairs. The position also addresses financial implications, corrective actions, training, and continuous improvement for shop operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as key contact for shop service requirements
- Coordinate repairs and collaborate with other departments
- Provide work order guidance for pay, warranties, and claims
- Identify issues and initiate corrective actions
- Encourage continuous improvement through meetings and training
- Minimum post-secondary education
- Minimum three years in a supervisory position
- Ability to administer performance evaluations
- Ability to create quotes and review invoices
- Ability to support safe, environmentally sound work behaviours
