Lead Garda World Cash operations in Sudbury, Ontario, using people leadership and safety expertise across secured transport and cash vault services.
As Branch Manager, you will oversee unionized employees in the Cash Transportation division. The position combines employee development, customer service, compliance, budgeting, investigations, and process optimization across two departments. You will support productivity objectives while maintaining safety procedures, service level agreements, and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead cash processing and secured transportation employees
- Manage unionized work planning and daily operations
- Maintain safety audits, meetings, and workplace practices
- Manage expenditures within approved branch budgets
- Investigate claims, accidents, and customer complaints
- Five years of people leadership experience
- Unionized environment experience preferred
- Valid RPAL or obtain one within six months
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Microsoft Office and Teams proficiency
