Lead multi-team engineering through AI-native transformation at Priority Commerce, managing managers while directly guiding engineers when scope requires it.
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you develop Managers and Team Leads while maintaining hiring, performance, delivery, and team-health standards. You partner with Product Design and Product Management on area OKRs and KPIs. You coordinate dependencies, quality, reliability, and cross-team commitments across the Priority Commerce Engine.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Managers and Team Leads through measurable leadership growth
- Directly manage engineers on at least one team
- Align delivery, dependencies, quality, and reliability across teams
- Lead major incidents and critical multi-team deliveries
- Drive AI-native and Agentic PDLC adoption consistently
- Roughly 10–15 years of relevant experience
- Active experience managing people-managers
- Payments or Banking experience preferred, one required
- Experience leading teams and developing other leaders
- Experience changing engineering practices across multiple teams
