Shape AI capacity management at Google Cloud across Toronto, Vancouver, or Waterloo, using staffing strategy, forecasting, and data-driven program leadership.
As a Global AI Capacity Management and Strategic Program Lead, you will optimize technical talent deployment across AI Tech Go-to-Market teams. You will manage project matchmaking, utilization, forecasting, and process improvement as an individual contributor. The work connects project requirements with consultant skills, availability, time zones, and constraints.
Key Responsibilities:- Create staffing and utilization management best practices
- Lead weekly staffing meetings with developing leadership teams
- Ensure supply and demand forecasts remain accurate
- Match developers with projects using stated constraints
- Develop metrics tracking staffing efficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Five years managing enterprise, cloud, or technology programs
- Five years staffing teams, consulting, or corporate strategy
- Experience using Salesforce or another customer relationship management system
- Experience with capacity planning models preferred
