What you´ll do
- Production Supervisor will lead the team of unionized hourly plant production employees
- Support and train hourly production employees and serve as a mentor and coach to ensure the successful development of their own staff
- Ensures labor and production lines are being scheduled efficiently, accommodating sudden change or needs based on Customer demands
- Maintains focus on productivity, cost control, efficiencies and production improvements
- Monitor and generate reports on production related performance
- Encourage process improvements in all operational functions
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in production related environment
- Must have strong time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain a team and leading direct reports
- Excellent, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong MS Excel, Outlook skills, SAP experience preferred

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
