Join Baxter as a Weekend Day Filling Operator, ensuring quality in life-sustaining product manufacturing. This role focuses on detail-oriented inspections during Saturday and Sunday shifts at our Alliston facility.
As a Filling Operator, you will play a vital role in our continuous manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include performing visual inspections, weighing filled bags, and maintaining quality standards in a GMP environment. Attention to detail is essential as you help keep production flowing smoothly while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct visual inspections of IV bag assembly
• Weigh bags regularly to confirm fill volume
• Load and place bags appropriately in sterilizer trays
• Document counts of rejects and perform inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in manufacturing or quality environments
• Must be flexible to work weekends
• Previous experience in fast-paced settings preferred
• Ergonomic assessment must be passed
