Become a key player at MiTek as an Industrial Machine Maintenance Specialist, dedicated to equipment reliability and performance improvements. Optimize machinery through expert troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
This role is vital for ensuring that manufacturing machinery operates effectively. You will leverage your experience in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to perform maintenance, repairs, and equipment enhancements. Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of mechanical experience along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and rectify equipment operational issues

• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance schedules

• Install and enhance new manufacturing equipment

• Document repair actions and maintain compliance

• Adhere to safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout
Requirements:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic

• Proven technical skills in equipment maintenance

• Ability to read technical documents and schematics

• Certifications in Lock-out/Tag-out necessary

• Familiarity with automated systems and robotics is a plus
