Production Supervisor Ontario

Lead the production team at Albarrie Canada Limited as a Production Supervisor. Drive efficiency, ensure quality, and foster a safe work environment while coordinating daily manufacturing activities.
This full-time, permanent position is based in Barrie, Ontario, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager. Encompassing over five years of supervisory experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment, you will oversee production workflows and champion safety measures. Your leadership will influence continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient work order completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate workflows across all production workstations

• Communicate daily production schedules and priorities

• Review daily production reports for accuracy

• Maintain documentation of training and safety records

• Provide direction and coaching to production staff
Requirements:

• College diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years supervising in manufacturing

• Proven success in implementing improvements

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
