As a team member, you will use various power and hand tools, operate CNC machines, and ensure quality in assembly. This role is integral to our mission of environmental stewardship through innovative manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate power and hand tools expertly

• Load and unload CNC machines effectively

• Document production activities and logs

• Maintain a clean workspace following 5S practices

• Follow Standard Work Instructions diligently

Requirements:

• Previous furniture assembly experience preferred

• Proficient in using power tools

• Ability to read safety and operating manuals

• Physically able to lift 35-50 pounds

• Strong attention to detail in tasks
