Become a vital part of Napoleon’s manufacturing team in Barrie, Ontario, as a Finisher. Focus on painting and metal finishing to meet high-quality standards efficiently.

As a Finisher reporting to the Manufacturing Team Leader, you will be responsible for safely applying finishes to a variety of products.

Your role involves working with equipment to paint, polish, and silk screen while adhering to precise standards. High attention to detail and working from instructions with minimal supervision will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work instructions, engineering criteria, and prints

• Operate spray and finishing equipment to safety standards

• Complete work orders while tracking time and quantities

• Prepare surfaces and maintain quality during the finishing process

• Report quality issues to Manufacturing Supervisor or leads

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED; 2–5 years manufacturing experience

• Minimum 1 year in spray paint, silk screening, or metal finishing

• Strong hand-eye coordination and good dexterity

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed

• Clean-shaven to wear respirator daily
