As a Production Team Member you can expect:

Hourly wage starting at $21.22/hr.

Must be flexible to work 12‑hour shifts (7 pm–7 am, Monday through Thursday)

Responsibilities:

Use power tools and hand tools including, but not limited to bandsaw, disc sander, drill press, router, impact driver, mitre saw, pocket drill, and spindle sander.

Run extrusion machines as required.

Load components in jigs and fasten for manual assembly, as required.

Load and unload CNC machines, as required.

Load/unload and pack at robotic work centers, as required.

Log onto the work center to record work orders, scrap, and downtime.

Document shift activity by completing production and quality logs.

5S and cleanup as required.

Follow Standard Work Instructions to perform work center‑specific tasks.

Other duties as required.

Education / Skills /

Experience:

Previous furniture assembly experience preferred.

Experience using power and hand tools (saws, routers, drills).

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Work Conditions and Physical Demands:

Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

Occasionally required to walk, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally maneuver up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Must be able to stand continuously for the duration of the scheduled shift.
