At Kemflo, established in 1988, we specialize in injection molded products using various thermoplastic resins. As a Mold Setup Technician, you will retrieve and install molds into presses, monitor defects, and maintain safety standards. Your skills in communication, safety practices, and experience in production will ensure efficient operations throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and install prepared molds into molding presses

• Identify and troubleshoot part defects effectively

• Trim, regrind, and de-gate plastic components

• Operate and stage molds for disassembly safely

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout shifts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, ideally with CPVC processing

• Ability to lift 35 pounds and work safely with heavy objects

• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced setting

• Familiarity with operating Engel Machines

• PPE required includes safety shoes
