As an essential team member reporting to CNC supervisors, you will set up and operate advanced CNC mill-turn machinery. Your expertise in cutting tools and blueprint interpretation, along with strong mathematical skills, will be key in ensuring precision and product quality. The ideal candidate is ready for flexible shifts and has a strong background in CNC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multi-spindle CNC machines

• Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T accurately

• Conduct inspections with CMM and metrology tools

• Select appropriate speeds and feeds for machining

• Collaborate to meet production standards

Requirements:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma

• 2–5 years of CNC machining experience

• Certification as Tool and Die Maker or General Machinist

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to set up machines efficiently
