Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate training delivery for diverse skills
• Evaluate and enhance training systems for compliance
• Develop and standardize training materials and resources
• Support workforce readiness through strategic training programs
• Track employee training progress and compliance records
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in training within manufacturing environments
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
