In this full-time supervisor role, you will guide a team of planners and analysts to align production schedules with customer demand. Your leadership will ensure that production is on track, volumes meet business demands, and material readiness is prioritized. The position requires strong analytical skills and experience overseeing operations for maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily, weekly, and long-term production planning

• Adjust production priorities based on customer demand

• Oversee work order scheduling and associate assignments

• Analyze production capacity and identify constraints

• Drive use of ERP and scheduling tools

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience required

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• Experience in Supply Chain or Operations Management is an asset

• Must be proficient in tracking and reporting KPIs
