Toromont Reman is looking for a Production Planning Supervisor to join our team in Bradford! The Production Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating all production planning and scheduling activities to ensure efficient workflow, on‑time delivery, and optimal use of resources across the remanufacturing operation. This role oversees production planners, analysts and coordinators to align priorities with exchange and operations teams, while ensuring production capacity and material readiness meet business demands.

• Lead daily, weekly, and long-term production planning activities
• Establish and adjust production priorities based on customer demand and business requirements
• Oversee scheduling of work orders, bays, and associate assignments
• Ensure production plans reflect current capacity, constraints, and material availability
• Provide direction on workload balancing, prioritization, and planning strategies
• Review planner outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with operations
• Develop production forecasts based on demand trends and historical throughput
• Analyze production capacity and identify constraints (labour, parts, equipment, tooling)
• Balance workload across production segments to maximize throughput
• Lead regular production update meetings and communicate schedule changes
• Oversee lifecycle of work orders (creation → scheduling → completion)
• Drive use and optimization of planning systems (ERP, scheduling tools)
• Track and report key KPIs

• Minimum 3-6 years experience required
• 2-4 years supervisor experience
• Bachelor's Degree

Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering experience is considered an asset
