Night Shift Production Supervisor

Lead the production team as a Night Shift Production Supervisor in Barrie, Ontario. Ensure efficiency and safety in our corrugated packaging operations while enhancing employee engagement.

We are Ontario's largest independent non-integrated corrugated packaging plant, seeking a proactive Production Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will leverage your management skills and manufacturing experience to supervise daily operations. You will build teams, address quality issues, and streamline processes for optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production team efforts

• Resolve scheduling issues efficiently with machine crews

• Foster employee engagement and teamwork

• Communicate performance metrics and goals to the team

• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 and relevant post-secondary education

• 3-5 years in a manufacturing, unionized environment

• 5 years of managing teams of at least 25 people

• Knowledge of health and safety legislation

• Strong communication and project management skills
