At United Truss, we're looking for experienced new team members to assemble roof trusses efficiently. Your background in carpentry or residential framing is essential as you will be using pre-cut components and various tools to achieve high precision in your work. This is a physically demanding, full-time position suited for builders who take pride in their craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Construct roof trusses according to detailed blueprints
• Secure wood components using various tools and jigs
• Measure accurately with laser-guided systems
• Perform quality assurance checks on each truss
• Uphold safety standards and maintain cleanliness
Requirements:
• Experience in carpentry, framing, or similar fields
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must be reliable with a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Experience with production equipment is advantageous
