As a full-time Team Leader, you are responsible for guiding production staff and ensuring adherence to safety and quality practices. You will manage resource allocation, facilitate communication through departmental meetings, and identify areas for operational improvement. Your leadership will help maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and direct daily production staff activities
• Schedule and allocate resources for optimal workflow
• Engage in department meetings and Gemba walks
• Offer feedback for employee training and performance
• Monitor compliance with safety and environmental policies
Requirements:
• Completion of high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Understanding of ISO standards and production processes
• Proficient in relevant software applications
• Excellent business writing and communication skills
