Manufacturing Finisher at Napoleon Group

The Finisher position reports to the Manufacturing Team Leader and involves efficiently producing high-quality products. You will be responsible for reading work instructions, operating equipment, and completing various finishing tasks following safety guidelines. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on precision and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read engineering criteria and work instructions accurately

• Spray paint and prepare surfaces for coating

• Grind, sand, and polish metal products to a smooth finish

• Set up silk screen equipment and mix inks for production

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• At least 1 year of painting or metal finishing experience

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Must be clean shaven daily to wear respirator
