Job Description

The Machine Operator Assistant should be a quick learner, someone who works well under deadlines, mechanically inclined and a troubleshooter.

Hours

Rotating Shift Work (Day, Afternoon, Night) Monday
- Friday

• Help the machine operator set up and operate various manufacturing machines.
• Assist employees in all aspects of the production and packaging process.
• Assist in plan and schedule tasks for receiving, storage and shipping of all goods.
• Implement good housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Comply good housekeeping standards and procedures to follow GMP’s and HACCP.
• Work in accordance with all Health and Safety policies and established rules.

• Be able and willing to work adaptable schedules.
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
• Safety minded.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Have basic math and basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions closely and function as a part of a team.
