Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and contractor functions on-site

• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies

Requirements:

• 8–12 years in the chemical manufacturing sector

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role

• Preferably holds mechanical engineering background

• Strong in troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Effective communication skills for team collaboration
