Keep the Line Moving — Be the Engine Behind Production! As our Material Handler/Forklift Operator, you will shuttle rolls from rack to machine, follow the production schedule, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. No two days look the same; you will load rail cars one minute and spot quality issues the next. We need someone sharp, fast, reliable, and proud of a job well done.

• Load and unload materials from trucks and rail cars.
• Retrieve rolls from storage racks and deliver them to machines per production schedule.
• Remove finished rolls from machines and return them to storage racks.
• Move materials between locations and organize the warehouse floor as needed.
• Maintain machinery and tools.
• Perform visual product inspection.
• Complete paperwork and scanner entries accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean work area and report equipment malfunctions.
• Keep daily records of materials moved.
• Manufacture and package materials per customer specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in using Windows-based computer systems.
• Forklift licensed; clamp truck and Raymond Reach certifications are required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and midnight).
• Valid G-Class driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Personal PPE equipment, including steel-toe safety boots.
• Can provide 2–3 professional references upon request.
• Available to start as soon as possible, including next business day if required.

Schedule:

Flexible rotating shifts – Night Shift (10:00PM–6:00AM, starting Sunday at 10:00PM), Day Shift (6:00AM–2:00PM, starting Monday at 6:00AM), Afternoon Shift (2:00PM–10:00PM, starting Monday at 2:00PM).
